Responsibilities: * Plan menus and develop recipes * Supervise dish preparation * Ensure quality of served food * Lead and motivate the team * Manage kitchen inventory and costs * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness Requirements: * Prior experience as a Head Chef * Knowledge of gastronomy and culinary techniques * Leadership and teamwork skills * Ability to efficiently solve problems * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
