The **Cleaning Assistant** will perform internal aircraft cleaning to eliminate contamination risks from onboard residues and deliver a satisfactory and pleasant customer experience, in accordance with procedures published in the Standardized Operational Procedures (SOPs) for Cleaning currently in effect and as required by client airlines. **This position is exclusively for the Porto Seguro Airport (BPS)!** ------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform cleaning and disinfection of aircraft interior areas (galley, cabin, seats, and lavatories), following standards, timeframes, and procedures outlined in the MGO and the Cleaning and Disinfection Plan (PLD), published and governed according to ANVISA (Brazilian Health Surveillance Agency) regulations; collect onboard waste and dispose of it as instructed; * Prepare cleaning and comfort material kits to be used during aircraft servicing, considering flight type (overnight/daytime, turnaround, or transit), local ANVISA requirements (if applicable), and base stock rotation. Restock comfort and hygiene items such as magazines, toilet supplies, and trash bags for passenger and crew use during flights; * Stock the service bag with materials to be used during servicing; update product labels on spray bottles; record onboard items found and forgotten by passengers in the designated form; deliver found items to the client’s staff and obtain their signature on the dnata form; perform cleaning carefully and efficiently within the timeframe stipulated by the airline client; separate common and infectious waste containers before, during, and after servicing. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Organization and Planning; * Teamwork; * Quality Control; * Flexibility and Adaptability; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, upper and lower limb joint mobility, bipedal standing posture for performing tasks, walking throughout the entire airport to service flights, trunk rotation and flexion, and physical effort for cleaning and moving the aircraft ladder. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for inspections and cleaning, and auditory perception for telephone communication and detection of emergency sound signals in operational areas.
