Develop and train new employees We are looking for a responsible **Cleaning Supervisor** to lead, organize, and supervise the cleaning team’s activities, ensuring high-quality services and proper environmental maintenance. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and guide the cleaning team in daily activities. * Prepare work schedules and assign tasks. * Monitor service execution to ensure quality standards. * Train new employees on cleaning techniques, conservation methods, and proper use of materials/equipment. * Manage cleaning supply inventory and request replenishments. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Conduct periodic inspections of common areas. * Report needs, incidents, and improvement suggestions to management. **Requirements** * Proven experience in team leadership. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Bachelor’s degree preferred.
