HR ADMINISTRATION ANALYST

Job Summary: An HR Administration professional to manage payroll, employee onboarding and offboarding, time tracking, and ensure legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Interaction with employees and external accounting. Human Resources Consulting is seeking an HR Administration Analyst in Salvador. RH Open is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering recruitment, selection, and HR management consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Payroll closing. Employee onboarding and offboarding. Electronic time tracking and vacation control. Monitoring and applying Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) issued by labor unions. Acting as the focal point for external accounting. Supporting employees—including remote workers—via WhatsApp and other channels. Assisting the legal team in defending labor lawsuits. Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and the LGPD as applied to HR data. Mapping current (manual) processes and proposing implementation of an integrated HR Administration/HR system. Structuring onboarding and offboarding pathways. Supporting recruitment and selection processes. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Analyst, Personnel Coordinator, or HR Administration Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
