For the seventh consecutive year, we have been certified by GPTW as one of the best companies to work for. **Main Responsibilities:** * Food preparation: perform washing, cutting, and preparation of food items, applying recipes and techniques to maintain production and presentation standards. * Cleaning and hygiene: carry out daily cleaning of the premises and keep utensils and equipment clean after use. * Conduct deep cleaning according to the established schedule. * Inventory control: assist in inventory management, verify food expiry dates and quality, monitor overstock or shortages, and handle requisition, receipt, and inspection of items. * Guest service: provide hospitable, courteous, and respectful service to ensure guest satisfaction.
