Job Summary:
A professional responsible for installing, configuring, diagnosing, and repairing telecommunications services, ensuring service quality and providing on-site technical support to customers.

**️ Responsibilities**
* Install and configure telecommunications services;
* Diagnose and repair technical faults in communication systems and equipment;
* Conduct functionality tests to ensure service quality;
* Track work orders and complete technical reports;
* Comply with safety regulations and technical procedures;
* Provide on-site technical support to customers during installation or repair.
**✅ Requirements**
* Prior experience in the telecommunications field;
* Knowledge of **fiber optic (FTTH)** and **coaxial** networks;
* Proficiency in using measurement and diagnostic tools;
* **Driver's license category B**;
* Strong communication skills and customer service orientation;
* Availability for rotating shifts and/or weekend work.
* Candidates without prior experience are also welcome.
️ Meal allowance: R$ 28.32 per day
➡️ Based on an average of 24 working days per month (including 2 Saturdays): R$ 679.68
* ️ This amount may vary depending on holidays, absences, or months with fewer working days, such as February.
