Responsibilities and Duties * Assist in the operational activities of the concrete plant, as directed by the foreman or supervisor; * Support the receipt, verification, and organization of raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures, and inputs); * Assist in loading and unloading concrete mixer trucks; * Perform cleaning and maintenance of the plant area, equipment, silos, conveyor belts, hoppers, and yard; * Support the preparation and supply of the concrete batching plant; * Assist in collecting concrete samples for technological control, when requested; * Support minor preventive maintenance tasks, always under supervision; * Comply with occupational safety, environmental, and internal procedures; * Correctly use PPE and ensure personal and team safety. Requirements * Incomplete or complete elementary education; * Prior experience in a concrete plant, industry, or civil construction is an advantage; * Availability for operational work in industrial and outdoor environments; * Commitment, punctuality, and responsibility. - Base salary for Helper/Construction Laborer R$ 2.066,00 + - Attendance bonus R$ 150,00 + - Basic food basket R$ 450,00 + - Overtime - Accommodation + - Breakfast, lunch, and dinner + - Leave every 90 days: 7 consecutive days for travel and rest. - All travel costs for field leave covered by the company. - Note: For candidates not residing in the cities where the projects are located.
