Job Summary:
A professional responsible for supporting and guiding the team in controlling, procuring, storing, and distributing medications, while inspecting and managing inventory.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
\- Support and guide the team regarding the control, procurement, storage, and distribution of received medications and materials, resolving technical issues and complying with regulations, deadlines, and applicable legislation.
\- Organize and conduct review and updating of the standardization of medications, materials, and supplies used in the facility.
\- Be responsible for procurement, storage, and dispensing of materials, supplies, and medications to regulatory authorities, in accordance with applicable legislation.
\- Monitor and control inventories of medications, materials, and supplies, observing desired stock levels, arranging replenishment of missing items, and advising, when necessary, on purchases of controlled medications.
\- Provide technical guidance to physicians and clinical staff regarding similar medications, enabling alternatives without compromising patient health.
\- Inspect the condition of medications under their responsibility, as well as their storage and usage conditions.
\- Generate various reports on consumption, inventory, returns, and other reports requested by management.
\- Inspect and request product samples for joint evaluation with requesting departments, according to predefined criteria.
\- Perform other duties inherent to the Pharmacy Department.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
