Deliver support for off-the-shelf software, common basic applications, corporate systems, and IT equipment. Assess received tickets, reclassify when necessary, and proactively assume responsibility for those assigned to you. Investigate, diagnose, and test solutions before involving the end user. Install and configure ATHENA-approved images on devices (Windows 10 or later). Provide technical and operational support for Windows 10 or later operating systems. Assemble, maintain, and configure computers. Perform tasks relevant to standard Support Technician duties. Position located in Colatina / ES. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, Customer Service Specialist, IT Technician, or IT Technical Support may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position.
