Job Summary: The professional will work in Production Planning and Control, responsible for inventory analysis, production scheduling, and control of the production process, emphasizing proactivity and teamwork. Dynamic involvement in production and inventory control The Production Planning and Control department is responsible for inventory analysis, production scheduling aligned with sales forecasts, and control of the production process, aiming to support the development of the production plan. We seek a proactive, flexible, committed, responsible professional who can work effectively in a team and possesses solid knowledge of the industrial field. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Recording and monitoring production activities, including productivity, machine downtime, quality, scrap, and non-conformities; * Verification of technical specifications, creation and confirmation of Production Orders (POs), and generation of production reports; * Support in controlling raw material and finished goods inventory, as well as purchase requisitions and system movements; * Support in developing and monitoring the production plan according to demand and sales history; * Audit of production scheduling by comparing physical and system inventory; * Control of transfers of compounds and finished goods between units to prevent delays and operational failures; * Updating performance indicators and preparing management reports for meetings; * Identifying and participating in improvements to production processes and routines; * Participation in quarterly inventories using automatic data collectors; * Application of continuous improvement practices focused on productivity, quality, and waste reduction; * Compliance with occupational safety, health, and internal company regulations; * Organization, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and the workplace; * Execution of other related tasks as directed by the manager. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What is essential for us:** * Alignment with our company values; * Completed high school education; * Availability for travel; * Experience in Production Planning and Control; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. **It would be great and considered a differentiator if you also have:** * Undergraduate studies in progress; * Experience in manufacturing industry. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Santa Teresa \- ES **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, Monday to Friday. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Wellhub; * Life Insurance; * Psychosocial Support; * Profit Sharing Program (PPR); * Pharmacy Benefit.
