Description
Payroll Analyst \- Execute and review end-to-end payroll processes, including calculation, statutory charges, and accounting entries. • Ensure compliance with labor, social security, and tax legislation, including ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS, DIRF). • Manage onboarding, vacation, leave of absence, termination, and severance processes. • Conduct critical payroll validations, including analysis of payroll items, taxes, and data consistency.
* Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to compliance practices. • Support payroll system implementation, continuous improvement, and transformation initiatives. • Act as a consultant for internal stakeholders and clients, advising on labor risks and best practices. • Ensure quality and timeliness of department deliverables, with a focus on governance and process traceability.
Solid experience in payroll departments, with preference for roles in large enterprises and/or multinational corporations. • Proven experience in highly compliant and audited environments. • Comprehensive mastery of payroll routines and ancillary obligations. • In-depth knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
* Advanced Excel for data analysis and validation. • Preferred experience with the LG (Lugar de Gente) system. • Participation in payroll system implementation or migration projects. • Experience in payroll BPO operations.
* Experience integrating ERP, SAP, and electronic timekeeping systems.
