




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Generalist HR Professional with experience in operational people management to work for a labor outsourcing company. Key Highlights: 1. A collaborative environment with autonomy and growth opportunities **OPEN POSITION – Generalist HR Professional \| Service Outsourcing** We are looking for a **Human Resources Professional** with a **proactive, organized profile and experience in operational people management**, to work in a service outsourcing company (cleaning, maintenance, security, and various services). **Workplace:** Boa Viagem, Recife **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday **Employment Type:** CLT **Responsibilities:** * Conducting **recruitment and selection processes**; * Conducting **onboarding of new employees** and aligning them with the company culture; * Scheduling and monitoring admission and periodic medical examinations; * Providing direct support to the HR Department (managing hires, dismissals, vacations, generating benefits, electronic timekeeping, recording and handling incidents such as absences, tardiness, warnings, position changes, and medical leaves, etc.); * **Organizing and sending mandatory documentation to clients**; * Monitoring **training programs, occupational safety campaigns, and proper use of PPEs**; * Communication with supervisors, ASG staff, operational leaders, and clients is required; * Maintaining updated digital and physical employee files; * Reviewing the vacation spreadsheet and keeping it up to date; * Maintaining frequent contact with supervisors or team leads; * Recording training sessions and collecting participants' signatures; * Monitoring the distribution of PPEs, uniforms, and other items. **Requirements:** * Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in HR within outsourced service companies (a strong advantage); * Knowledge of **Occupational Safety and onboarding processes**; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of urgency; * Proficiency with systems and sending documents via email/WhatsApp; * **Availability for occasional visits to units/clients**, if necessary.
