We are looking for a Technical Deliverer to join our team at PARVI. We seek a dynamic professional with experience in deliveries and technical support. The ideal candidate must possess effective communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude. ### **Position: Automotive Technical Deliverer – Heavy Vehicles** **Requirements:** * Prior experience with heavy vehicles, maintenance, or technical fields (preferred). * Basic knowledge of truck mechanics and automotive systems (preferred). * Ability to communicate clearly and didactically. * Driver's license category **C, D, or E** (mandatory). * Organization, professional demeanor, and customer service focus. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform technical delivery of heavy vehicles to customers, demonstrating systems, operation, and technological features. * Explain basic maintenance procedures, inspections, and essential vehicle care practices. * Guide customers on warranty terms, documentation, and recommended operational practices. * Inspect the vehicle prior to delivery, ensuring it is clean, inspected, and meets manufacturer standards. * Record delivery information in internal systems and complete reports when required. * Coordinate\-with After\-Sales and Sales departments to ensure quality customer experience. * Provide initial technical support to customers upon request. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
