We have an amazing opportunity for an **Apprentice in Registration!** Here, the focus is entirely on your **professional development and practical learning**.
You will experience the day-to-day operations of an essential administrative area supporting company operations, assisting with activities such as **registration, updating, and verification of information** for customers, suppliers, and partners in our systems—all with guidance, mentorship, and room to learn.

**Responsibilities and Duties** **What will you do daily?**
* Assist in registering new contracts and operators arriving via system, forms, or email
* Help update contract data across platforms (e.g., modifications, deactivations, simple adjustments)
* Support sending welcome emails with support materials to suppliers
* Assist in issuing training invitations and organizing participant lists
* Contribute to keeping registration information and team changes updated in our systems
* Provide basic administrative support to the team, always under supervision
**Requirements and Qualifications** **To succeed in this role, you need:**
* To be between **18 and 23 years old**;
* No prior administrative experience and/or no previous apprenticeship experience;
* Availability to work **6 hours per day**.

* Familiarity with administrative routines;
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office);
* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields.
