Provide support in the administrative area, assisting the supervisor in routine activities and in financial management control, administration, file organization, reports, document review, and other tasks. **Responsibilities and duties** Assist in processing orders and invoicing for incoming and outgoing product invoices through the company system to ensure product delivery to customers; Assist in issuing Agronomic Prescriptions within the correct segments approved by the Ministry of Agriculture; File incoming and outgoing invoices, duplicate copies, stubs, and other documents, ensuring proper document organization; Register customer information by collecting required data and documentation to expedite billing; Assist in pre-collection and collections by contacting customers to prevent payment delays and defaults; Send documents to the accounting and financial departments via email or courier, directing them to the appropriate department for necessary processing. **Requirements and qualifications** Knowledge of operating systems, communication skills, agility, commitment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Additional information** Unimed Health Plan; Dental Plan; Education Assistance; Life Insurance; Annual PLR (Profit Sharing).
