What matters most is that you enjoy challenges, work well in teams, embrace our culture and mission to connect every Brazilian to their own universe. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and evolve full-stack applications (front-end and back-end) within cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, and Product), using agile methodologies. * Build modern, accessible, and responsive user interfaces, following UI/UX standards. * Design, develop, and maintain REST and/or GraphQL APIs. * Contribute to evolving component libraries and code standardization. * Ensure system quality, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. * Actively participate in architectural and technical decisions. * Conduct code reviews with a focus on quality, readability, and consistency. * Use Artificial Intelligence as a standard engineering tool. * Use AI to create and expand automated tests, increasing coverage and reliability. * Use AI for performance, security, and potential failure analysis. * Actively contribute to evolving best practices for AI usage within the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer. * Front-end: React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS/SASS). * Back-end: API development (Node.js, Java/Spring Boot or equivalent stack). * Efficient integration between front-end and back-end. * Automated testing. * Code versioning with Git. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). * Solid understanding of programming logic, data structures, and algorithms. * Writing clean, modular, testable, and sustainable code. * AI-First mindset. * Frequent and intentional use of AI tools in daily development. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience applying generative AI tools to software development. * GitHub Copilot. * Experience designing AI-assisted or AI-driven development workflows. * Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases. * Docker and Kubernetes. * CI/CD (Jenkins or similar). * Microservices architecture. * Observability and monitoring. * Constant curiosity, experimental mindset, and focus on continuous improvement.
