Developing new features using JavaScript/TypeScript and React **React Developer PL** ========================== Mid-Level React Developer We are seeking a Mid-Level Front-End Developer passionate about building efficient and scalable user interfaces. You will work on strategic projects within the BMG & MJV - Vagas squad, directly contributing to the digital experience of our employees and partners. If you possess autonomy, a solution-oriented mindset, and mastery of the React ecosystem, this role is for you! **Responsibilities and Challenges** * Develop new features using JavaScript/TypeScript and React. * Ensure componentization practices and usage of design systems. * Integrate REST APIs and collaborate closely with the backend team. * Contribute to front-end architecture using the Atomic Design Pattern. **Essential Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)** * Solid experience with React (including Hooks, Context API, etc.). * Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript. * Experience with componentization and design systems. * Proficiency in consuming REST APIs and integrating with backend services. * Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Material UI, Tailwind, etc. * Knowledge of the Atomic Design Pattern. **Nice-to-Have Skills (Desirable Knowledge)** Experience with Angular. **Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills)** * We seek candidates with strong ownership mindset and collaborative spirit: * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Autonomy in making technical decisions. * Ability to work in agile environments (Scrum). * Proactivity in identifying risks and proposing solutions. * Collaborative mindset across teams (Product, QA, etc.). **MJV Benefits:** TotalPass\\Wellhub; ‍‍‍‍ Group life insurance; Meal/Voucher allowance; Health and dental plan — Bradesco; Training initiatives: lectures, forums, knowledge-sharing sessions, and discussions related to our business.
