Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work environment ### **Main Responsibilities and Activities** * Support administrative activities within the department in an organized and responsible manner * Organize, archive, and digitize physical and electronic documents * Update spreadsheets, internal controls, and records in corporate systems * Assist in preparing simple reports and basic presentations * Support calendar, meeting, and operational task management * Receive, route, and respond to internal communications (e\-mail, telephone) * Support internal processes as directed by leadership and the team * Participate in training sessions, courses, and activities outlined in the apprenticeship program * Contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive work environment Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level)
