Then check out this opportunity and **\#JoinUOL!** At **UOL**, everyone is welcome — **regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture, religion, disability, etc.** What matters most is that you enjoy challenges, work well in teams, embrace our culture, and share our mission of connecting every Brazilian to their own universe. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, review, and update training content (materials, presentations, scripts, and learning paths). * Support the creation and execution of internal training programs. * Identify training needs in collaboration with business areas. * Monitor training metrics (engagement, performance, effectiveness) and propose improvements. * Organize and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base. * Support the delivery of in-person and/or online training sessions. * Ensure clarity and standardization in content communication. * Conduct mentoring sessions and usability testing to identify training needs and improvement opportunities. * Administer post-training assessments to evaluate employees’ knowledge level. * Deliver onboarding training to support new employees’ integration. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Management Processes, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields. * Experience and proficiency in data analysis. * Experience in the training field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Adobe applications. **Additional Information** **Advantages:** * Experience creating digital content (short videos, e-learning, microlearning). * Familiarity with tools such as **Canva and FlatIcon.** UOL CS has been innovating and impacting millions of lives for over two decades!
