




**Job Description:** We are looking for a Mid-Level Infrastructure / Support Analyst to maintain the IT environment, focusing on user support, Microsoft 365 administration, equipment maintenance, and network infrastructure support. The professional will ensure the availability of technological resources and a positive user experience. **Responsibilities:** **Equipment Formatting and Maintenance** * Format and reinstall Windows and Linux operating systems; * Install drivers and perform basic system adjustments; * Carry out preventive and corrective hardware maintenance; * Perform basic diagnostics on faulty SSDs, memory modules, graphics cards, and power supplies; * Manage the inventory of notebooks, desktops, and peripherals. **Microsoft 365 Administration** * Manage users and groups in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD); * Configure and administer email mailboxes in Microsoft Exchange; * Apply basic policies in Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender; * Provide operational support for Microsoft Teams and Power Platform. **User Support** * Install and configure corporate software; * Assist in resolving first- and second-level technical issues; * Support users in using Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). **Network Maintenance** * Resolve simple network incidents; * Configure new network equipment (switches, routers, and firewalls) according to defined standards; * Perform basic maintenance in Ubiquiti UniFi environments; * Monitor connectivity and report failures to the responsible team. **Requirements:** * Degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Previous experience as an Infrastructure or Support Analyst; * Practical knowledge of Windows and Linux; * Experience with Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, and Defender); * Experience with hardware maintenance and user support. **Desired Knowledge:** * Familiarity with Active Directory; * Experience with ITSM tools; * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs).
