Requirements:
The ***Pension*** area is responsible for maintaining and developing new pension products, and is seeking a ***Software Engineer*** to join our team at the largest software and financial-market-product development company in Brazil — where we believe technological innovation inspires progress.
**This role will be responsible for:**
* Conducting detailed system requirements analyses;
* Implementing and testing new functionalities, ensuring system integrity and performance;
* Identifying and resolving complex system issues, guaranteeing operational stability;
* Collaborating closely with the Product Owner (PO), Tech Lead, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
**To \#match, this position requires the following mandatory qualifications:**
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft .NET technologies, including C\#;
* Experience with relevant frameworks and libraries, such as ASP.NET, Entity Framework, etc.;
* Experience with databases (SQL Server or Oracle);
* Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns;
* Familiarity with web services, RESTful APIs, and service-oriented architectures.
**The following qualifications would be considered advantageous:**
* Knowledge of Private Pension plans;
* Experience with TFS/GIT;
* Experience with messaging systems (preferably RabbitMQ);
* Experience with NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB);
* Experience with cloud architecture (preferably Azure);
* Experience with Kubernetes.
IMPORTANT: This opportunity is for on-site work at Sinqia’s offices in Belo Horizonte or São Paulo, under a hybrid work model.
