Building scalable and secure solutions in the banking context We are looking for a Tech Lead to work in a dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and collaboration. The role combines Project Management, Architecture Definition, and People Management within a multidisciplinary team composed of backend developers (Go), frontend developers (Web/JS), mobile developers (Kotlin and Swift), and QA engineers. We seek someone with systemic thinking, technical leadership capability, and passion for mentoring and developing people. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as the team’s technical leader, guiding architecture decisions, best practices, and code quality; * Bridge technology and business, ensuring clarity of priorities and technical consistency in deliverables; * Facilitate agile ceremonies and routines, supporting execution and team evolution on complex projects; * Foster technical and behavioral growth of the team, focusing on collaboration and autonomy; * Act as guardian of the technical architecture and product vision, helping build scalable and secure solutions in the banking context. **Requirements** * Solid experience as a specialist or tech lead in product teams; * Experience developing and maintaining digital products in multidisciplinary teams; * Knowledge of distributed architecture, APIs, and software engineering best practices; * Experience with agile methodologies and end-to-end delivery tracking; * Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams; * Experience in banking, fintech, or regulated environments is desirable. * Experience with any of the mentioned technologies (Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, Kotlin, or Swift) is desirable.
