




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for supply chain management, delivery monitoring, data analysis, and support to internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on process optimization. Interaction with customers, suppliers, and carriers Description: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration and/or Supply Chain. * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office), advanced Excel skills. * Experience with MRP systems is desirable. * Strong communication skills and resilience. * Willingness to travel for work within the São Paulo region. * Valid and active driver's license (CNH). * On-site work format \- West Zone (SP). * Supplier OTIF compilation; * Communication via e\-mail / phone / on-site visits to third parties during working hours; * General analyses / requests from other departments (release of invoice discrepancy resolutions, issues with raw material and packaging deliveries, operational matters related to invoice issuance, request for technical reports, resolution of non-conformance reports (RNCs)); * Support to third parties and billing staff; * Support to customers, suppliers, and carriers; * Forecast submission to suppliers, MRP management, shelf life management; * Monitoring and scheduling of raw material and packaging transfer pickups among third parties; * Alignment meetings with suppliers \- Continuous improvement; * Purchase requests for standard line items, monitoring of purchase order generation, and submission of orders to suppliers; * Scheduling of pickups and monitoring of raw material and packaging deliveries; * Weekly delivery schedule alignment for raw materials controlled by third parties; * Order updates in the system and monitoring of order adjustments; 2511060202271145756
