Senior .NET Developer (C# / VB.NET)

Description

Job Summary: Develop and maintain systems in C# and VB.NET, analyze legacy code, build RESTful APIs, and collaborate with teams to define technical standards and software architecture. Key Highlights: 1. Development and maintenance of systems in C# and VB.NET. 2. Analysis of legacy code and proposal of refactorings. 3. Team collaboration and definition of technical standards. Desirable Differentiators Experience with .NET 6\+ and microservices implementation; Knowledge of test automation (xUnit, NUnit) and continuous integration (CI/CD); Experience with Angular, React or Blazor; Knowledge of Azure, AWS or GCP; Experience in complex corporate environments and ERP system integrations (SAP, TOTVS); Participation in VB.NET to C\# system migration projects. Requirements: Solid experience (minimum 5 years) with .NET Framework and .NET Core; Proficiency in C\# and VB.NET (legacy and new applications); Advanced knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, Web API and Windows Services; Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle), including stored procedures, triggers and views; Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ and ADO.NET; Knowledge of version control (Git, Azure DevOps or GitLab); Experience with layered architecture, DDD and Clean Code best practices; Ability to analyze and maintain legacy VB.NET systems and propose technical improvements; Familiarity with integrations via REST and SOAP APIs; Knowledge of messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka or Service Bus). * ️ Responsibilities Develop and maintain systems in C\# and VB.NET, ensuring quality and performance; Analyze legacy code and propose refactorings; Create and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations between internal and external systems; Collaborate with functional analysts, QAs and DevOps engineers; Participate in code reviews and define team technical standards; Support software architecture definition and contribute to the technical roadmap.
