Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead UW GI & CI, with a focus on projects and improvements, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business priorities in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Collaborative and dynamic environment São Paulo Active vacancy Hybrid**Hybrid model – 2 days onsite (Berrini region – São Paulo/SP, Brazil)** We are seeking a professional to act in UW GI \& CI leadership, focused on projects and improvements, ensuring process efficiency and attention to business priorities. ### **Your Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with internal customers to support demand prioritization and resolution * Implement and ensure maintenance of the company's project management standards * Identify process optimization opportunities and ensure controls during execution phases * Manage multiple projects and improvement initiatives from initiation to closure * Develop project budget, schedule, and documentation together with Technology and Subscription teams * Support approval and governance processes * Plan and structure processes * Track issues and conduct root cause analysis * Monitor deadlines and SLAs * Prepare status and progress reports ### **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree * Experience in insurance companies in products, operations, projects, or continuous improvement areas * Knowledge of the insurance workflow (from sales to claims settlement), including products, policies, and general terms and conditions * Intermediate English * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Azure DevOps * Experience in project management and agile methodologies (Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking) ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA * Experience in transportation insurance * Knowledge of the I4PRO system If you have an analytical profile, enjoy working on projects, and seek a collaborative and dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!
