Job Summary: An experienced professional in data security and privacy, focused on corporate environments and emerging AI technologies, to develop and maintain security policies. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in data security and privacy within enterprise environments. 2. Experience in data governance, DLP, encryption, and protection of sensitive data. 3. Will support the secure use of generative AI and machine learning models. Description: * Solid experience in data security, privacy, and protection of sensitive information in enterprise environments. * Knowledge of data governance, data classification, DLP, encryption, tokenization, and data masking. * Familiarity with machine learning pipelines and risks associated with AI usage. * Experience in cloud-based data environments (GCP, AWS, Azure). * Proficiency in regulations such as LGPD, GDPR, HIPAA, or ISO 27701\. * Knowledge of data security posture management (DSPM) tools or privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs) is a plus. * Certifications such as CDPSE, CIPT, CIPP, CCSK, or equivalents are valued. * Excellent communication and collaborative skills with technical and business teams. Desired * Experience with LLM Security, AI Red Teaming, or risk assessment for generative AI. * Practical understanding of AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act). * Develop and maintain data security and privacy policies and controls aligned with LGPD, GDPR, and other applicable regulations. * Implement security measures across data pipelines, data lakes, databases, and analytics/ML environments. * Support the secure development and use of machine learning and generative AI models, ensuring protection of sensitive data and intellectual property. * Collaborate with engineering and data teams on data classification, encryption, masking, and access monitoring. * Assess and mitigate risks associated with third-party AI models (e.g., external APIs, LLMs, open-source models). * Conduct risk and impact analyses for data and AI projects. * Participate in implementing data governance and responsible AI frameworks. * Contribute to internal and external audits, fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements. 2511080202181679907
