With close mentorship from more experienced colleagues, this position is ideal for candidates eager to learn and contribute from day one. **Responsibilities and Duties** Demonstrate **initiative and proactivity** in daily deliverables Develop and fix solutions using **Visual Studio and C\# (version 4\.8 or higher)** Perform operations on **SQL databases** (queries, inserts, updates) Use **Azure DevOps** for repositories, pipelines, and Boards Deploy releases (**deploys**) with supervision from a senior developer or technical leader **Log and manage incidents**, following predefined templates and scripts Support frontend tasks; knowledge of **Angular or MVC** is considered a plus **Requirements and Qualifications** Junior profile with **genuine willingness to learn and advance professionally** Proficiency with **Visual Studio and C\# (4\.8\+)** Experience or familiarity with **SQL** and data manipulation Familiarity with **Azure DevOps** Willingness to follow structured processes (deploys and incident management) Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
