Description: Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Processing, Systems Analysis, Computer Networks, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology; * Proficiency in programming languages C\+\+/C\#, JavaScript, .Net; * Proficiency in web development (html, asp, etc); * Proficiency in the Genesys Cloud development environment; * Technical knowledge of telephony concepts; * Technical knowledge of IVR/URA concepts. * Experience developing integrations/APIs; * Networking knowledge (basic understanding of network operation, such as packet loss); * SIP protocol knowledge (basic understanding of SIP protocol operation, signaling, and RTP packets); * System architecture knowledge.
