The Senior Growth team directly supports acquisition and retention strategies, responsible for transforming hypotheses into real campaigns and tests, ensuring technical execution aligns with the bank’s business objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Test Configuration: Execute and monitor A/B tests and experiments across digital channels, ensuring correct implementation of tags and user flows. * Funnel Monitoring: Monitor conversion metrics daily and identify anomalies or quick improvement opportunities within the sales funnel. * Operational Interface: Support communication between the Growth team and CRM, Media, and Product teams to ensure campaigns launch on schedule. * Performance Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on results, providing visibility into campaign performance and impact on departmental KPIs. * Digital Asset Optimization: Suggest improvements to landing pages, email sequences, and in-app user journeys based on user behavior data. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or related fields. * Experience: Prior experience in digital marketing, analytics, or growth operations (senior level). * Hard Skills: Proficiency in SQL for basic data extraction and routine analysis. Familiarity with Web Analytics tools (GA4) and Dashboard platforms (Power BI/Tableau). * Technical understanding of performance channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and CRM. Soft Skills: \* Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Curious, data-driven profile.
