Our department’s mission is to drive efficiency and strategic decision-making—focusing on expenses and connecting across various departments—by structuring and consuming data to generate precise insights. We combine advanced technology, process automation, visual dashboards, and the integration of artificial intelligence. Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco/SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Data Scientist III, you will work in the Analytics – AI Management area, with primary responsibilities including: * Developing Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms; * Gathering business requirements and translating them into potential AI-driven solutions aimed at increasing productivity; * Analyzing large volumes of data to identify trends, deviations, root causes, and business improvement opportunities—primarily through AI and AI agents; * Data modeling and pipelines: structuring, cleaning, and transforming data from diverse sources to ensure data integrity and quality (ETL/ELT processes); * Coordinating AI modeling projects and converting them into APIs accessible to other applications. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL, data manipulation using Pandas, and experience with ETL/ELT (MySQL required; Databricks and Power Query preferred); * Knowledge of Python or R and Java, with Git version control and VS Code environment; * Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, including supervised and unsupervised algorithms; * Familiarity with Prompt Engineering, RAG, and API usage (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude), as well as tools like MS Copilot, GPT, and Gemini; * Knowledge of cloud computing, Big Data (Hadoop/Spark desirable), and statistical fundamentals; * Experience with AI projects in the financial sector.
