We are looking for Parts Recoverers to work in Quality at our plant in Anápolis! Our quality team is collaborative, focused on continuous improvement processes, always seeking professional development and ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment. **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsibilities and Duties – Parts Recoverer** * Inspect and recover CKD and local parts, ensuring their integrity and functionality according to established methods and standards. * Identify reparable non-conformities, proactively address problem-solving, and ensure compliance with procedures. * Record all inspected and/or recovered parts, following operational standards. * Provide feedback to supervisors, monitor product quality, and maintain workplace organization (5S). * Contribute to continuous improvement activities and perform related tasks as needed. **Desirable Experience** * Experience in part inspection and recovery. * Basic knowledge of quality and production processes. * Attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to work in a team. * Experience with 5S practices and continuous improvement will be an advantage. **Requirements and qualifications** For this position, the candidate must have: **Education:** Completed High School. **Experience:** Knowledge in mechanics, bodywork, painting, and part rework is desirable, along with basic understanding of quality, production processes, and environmental and quality management systems (EMS and QMS), as well as skills in tool usage and maintenance. **Internal candidates must comply with the job description, which requires 1 year of experience at the Assembly Plant.** **Additional information** Our benefits include: * Medical Assistance – Hapvida. * Dental Assistance. * On-site Clinic. * Life Insurance. * Meal Allowance. * Meals provided at the company. * Shuttle Transportation (route). #### **CAOA Assembly Plant is located in the city of Anápolis, in the state of Goiás, and is considered one of Brazil’s largest automotive technology hubs.
