Join us in this environment by working in our User Centricity area. #LI-GT1 #LI-HYBRID **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct business scenario studies and diagnostics; Develop and support teams in measuring results, identifying opportunities, trends, and patterns within datasets; Technically build and monitor organizational performance indicators; Embrace collaboration as a core behavior; Communicate effectively with team members and other teams to foster stronger analytical capabilities; Interact with various roles across the data process pipeline (engineers, other analysts, data scientists, and business analysts); Monitor product development processes—from conception through production result tracking (Upstream and Downstream); Participate in the Data Analysis Chapter, seeking to learn and understand standards, tools, and processes, while encouraging and promoting data culture dissemination among colleagues and operational teams; Maintain necessary documentation to enable data strategy management (democratization, governance, quality, etc.); Continuously evolve technically and in business knowledge. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in SQL for advanced data analysis and optimization. * Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI for creating impactful dashboards. * Extensive experience in data modeling and performance optimization. * Proficiency in Business Intelligence training and knowledge sharing. * Ability to formulate relevant questions from available data analyses for subsequent investigation. * Leadership skills to lead BI initiatives and drive strategic decisions. * Strategic thinking to identify data-driven improvement opportunities. * Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders. * Ability to mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills. * Resilience and adaptability to tackle complex business challenges. .
