**Job Description** We are looking for an **Active Telemarketing Operator** with a proactive, communicative profile focused on results. The main responsibility will be **prospecting new affiliates**, presenting partnership opportunities with the brand. This person will handle initial contact with potential affiliates, conducting strategic conversations and generating interest in learning about our products and benefits. **Responsibilities** * Contact potential affiliates; * Present the partnership proposal and clarify initial questions; * Screen profiles with potential to become affiliates; * Keep records of contacts updated and organized. **Requirements** * Strong written communication skills; * Proactivity and discipline to work towards goals; * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or lead generation is desirable (a plus). **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: from 09:00 to 18:00 (on-site); * Saturday: from 13:00 to 17:00 (remote).
