Job Summary: The Contract Controller Intern will assist with contract controller tasks, including contract monitoring, billing, and providing support to the department for professional development. Responsible for assisting with general contract controller tasks. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitoring contracts, preparing measurement bulletins, and submitting them for payment. * Controlling and monitoring direct billing of contracts, including requesting purchase order creation, validating invoices, and submitting them for payment. * Serving internal and external customers; * Providing support to the functional area by performing activities aimed at the intern's professional development, with a focus on career growth. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is desirable. * Knowledge of Power BI, dashboards, and contract analysis will be considered a plus; **Position located in Bauru** **Work Modality: 100% On-site.** **Administrative hours from Monday to Friday.** **Additional Information** **Our benefits package includes:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Wellhub; Pharmacy discount; Corporate shuttle service; Transportation allowance; Meal allowance and/or food allowance; What paths do you still want to transform, and what opportunities do you still wish to pursue?
