Responsibilities and Duties YOU WILL BE TRAINED TO:* Participate in the implementation process of TOTVS systems (ERP Protheus), supporting analysts in real projects and customer service, focusing on Accounting and Materials (PCP) areas. * Perform module configurations and settings, ensuring proper alignment with accounting routines (entries, reconciliations, ancillary obligations) and PCP (planning, production orders, inventory control, and internal logistics). * Participate in requirement gathering sessions with clients, supporting process analysis, identifying needs, and proposing solutions aligned with best business practices. * Execute functional tests and validations, ensuring delivery quality and integrated operation between accounting, tax, financial, and manufacturing modules. * Provide functional support during and after implementations, assisting end users in correctly using the system and clarifying questions about business rules. * Prepare documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices, contributing to standardization and continuous improvement. * Attend technical and behavioral training sessions, developing communication, active listening, time management, resilience, and teamwork skills. * Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, interacting with different departments (finance, tax, procurement, manufacturing, controlling) to ensure integration across ERP modules. * Participate in mentoring sessions and receive continuous feedback, applying received guidance and building autonomy in analyzing and executing medium-complexity tasks. * Contribute to a positive customer experience, strengthening TOTVS Oeste's image as a strategic partner in digital transformation. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Completed or currently pursuing final years in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, HR, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in companies within the Accounting, Materials, Manufacturing, or related areas. 2510080202481794294
