Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the maintenance team regarding parts requests, receipt control, inventory, and distribution; schedule preventive and/or corrective maintenance activities for silviculture and harvesting equipment, optimizing resources and services to meet area requirements. * Critically analyze and update preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and inspection plans based on criticality analysis (FMEA, RCM) and failure history. * Estimate and specify resources required for work order (WO) execution, including labor, special tools, materials, spare parts, and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Assemble complete work packages (Job Plans) containing detailed scope, material lists (BOM), technical drawings, step-by-step procedures, work permits (PT), and safety plans. * Collaborate with the Procurement department to ensure availability of critical parts and optimize inventory levels (minimum, maximum, reorder point) for maintenance. * Develop weekly, biweekly, and/or monthly maintenance schedules, prioritizing WOs according to criticality, urgency, and resource availability. * Coordinate service scheduling with Production/Operations, minimizing production impact (planned stops, shutdowns). * Generate, print/send, and distribute complete Work Orders to executing teams, ensuring clarity of scope and resources. * Actively manage the backlog (pending service portfolio), categorizing it, measuring it, and establishing action plans for its reduction. * Monitor progress of scheduled services, reallocating resources and adjusting schedules in real time when necessary. * Record and track maintenance costs (labor, materials, third-party services) per asset, cost center, and maintenance type. * Collect, process, and analyze maintenance data to calculate and report key KPIs such as: * Availability, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). * Schedule Adherence, Backlog, % Planned vs. Corrective Maintenance. * Maintenance Cost per Revenue, Maintenance Cost per Asset. * Propose and implement improvements in maintenance plans and procedures based on failure analysis (RCA - Root Cause Analysis) and performance indicators. * Keep the maintenance management system (SAP PM) updated with asset data, history, costs, maintenance orders (OMs), and technical closure of WOs. **Requirements and Qualifications** Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or related fields (Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration).
