Ethics and integrity are part of all business relationships, as well as humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** **Job Mission:** Ensure excellence in the maintenance management of the unit, guaranteeing the availability, reliability, and safety of assets, aligned with corporate policies and strategic business goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Define guidelines and implement strategies to ensure corporate maintenance policies and processes. * Validate and ensure maintenance processes and their deliverables meet established standards. * Meet and monitor indicators and targets directly related to the unit. * Report relevant changes in processes that impact the Maintenance Management Program. * Analyze the overall performance of maintenance operations and guide teams to achieve business results and goals. * Support the acquisition of new assets and ensure their integration into the maintenance plan. * Control maintenance productivity and costs, ensuring operational efficiency. * Be responsible for the Unit Management Program, including analysis and approval of the annual budget. * Ensure management of maintenance contracts and supplier relationships. * Strategically plan maintenance, aligning resources and priorities.
