The inspector role plays a fundamental part at Rede Vistorias, as it directly executes the inspection service. The inspection team forms the foundation of Rede Vistorias and represents the transformation of market expectations into reality within the real estate industry. Key responsibilities for this role include: * Efficiently, accurately, and reliably conducting inspections of real estate assets, assessing characteristics and conditions—including conservation status and functionality—of commercial and residential properties, both new and used; * Identifying and observing materials, finishes, electrical and plumbing installations, furniture, and other property items; * Testing equipment, identifying damages, and verifying overall environmental functionality and conditions; * For exit inspections, performing detailed comparisons against reports and documentation; * Recording collected information as detailed text accompanied by photos—using a tablet application—to generate the inspection report; * Verifying repairs and discrepancies; * Training and mentoring new inspectors. Prerequisites: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer literacy; * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (motorcycle or car); * Android smartphone.
