Position: IAT Technician I * Residential customer service; * Preventive and corrective maintenance on HFC network equipment: transceivers, amplifiers, passive components, cables, connectors, and power supplies; * Ensure service restoration within the area's SLA during corrective maintenance; * Achieve daily preventive network maintenance targets; * Monitor compliance with operational indicators; * Perform job-related tasks to the expected quality standard, both for customers and the company; * Collaborate as a team to ensure rapid service recovery while maintaining quality. Requirements: * Completed Technical or Technologist education (Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications, Informatics, Networks, Data Processing Technician, or Information Technology); \- Driver's License \- CNH (Category B \- Permanent and valid); * Availability for fieldwork and work at heights; Compensation and Benefits Package: Salary: R$ 2\.355,52 Meal Allowance: R$ 53.46 (per working day); Health Insurance: No monthly fee for the primary insured; dependent fees apply; Dental Plan: Bradesco Dental; Life Insurance: MetLife; Transportation Allowance; Profit Sharing Program (PPR): up to 3\.6 monthly salaries per year; Employee Combo: 30% discount on service monthly fees; Private Pension Plan; Pharmacy Benefit; Childcare Assistance: Reimbursement up to R$766.00 (per child up to 7 years old); Dependent with Disability Assistance: Reimbursement up to R$1070.00\.
