Responsibilities and Duties * Provide personalized service to brand customers; * Handle post-sales customer service; * Build and maintain a loyal customer base; * Manage and organize inventory, operate the system, process returns and exchanges; * Restock the store and replenish items when unavailable in the display section; * Maintain display case organization, setup, and cleanliness; * Participate in internal training programs on luxury, handcrafted products to become a PANDORA product expert; * Follow company guidelines, adhering to all policies and procedures to uphold the international standards of our stores; Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service and sales; * Clear and receptive communication skills, ability to work effectively in dynamic, ever-changing environments; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule.
