Team development and people management Description: Komatsu Forest, a global leader in forestry solutions and equipment, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead technical operations in the Bauru/SP region, ensuring equipment maintenance performance, quality, and safety. Work Location: Komatsu Forest Bauru/SP Branch Working Hours: Business hours Work Model: On-site Responsibilities * Ensure maintenance execution according to priorities, targets, and technical standards; * Supervise and develop the team, delegating tasks and monitoring performance; * Ensure workshop organization, material availability, and completion of Work Orders; * Monitor attendance, discipline, and compliance with safety and quality procedures; * Manage workflow, distribute tasks, and make decisions in critical situations; * Identify improvements, optimize processes, and promote continuous operational improvement; * Deliver technical\-operational training and support team development; * Mediate conflicts and maintain a productive, safe, and collaborative environment; * Ensure achievement of indicators, targets, and objectives defined by the Integrated Management System; * Serve as the technical and operational liaison between the team, coordination, and other departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
