The professional will be responsible for overseeing the team's operational routine, guiding agents, assigning tasks, supervising shift schedules, and ensuring security processes are executed efficiently and responsibly. **Requirements** * Proven experience in the field of property security; * Experience in **leadership/team management of security agents**; * Knowledge of operational routines in property security; * Professional demeanor, responsibility, and leadership capability; * Ability to make decisions and resolve conflicts effectively; * Availability to work on-site in **Barra Bonita/SP**. **Preferred Qualifications** * Education or training in security; * Prior experience as a **property security supervisor, team leader, or security supervisor**; * Knowledge of access control, surveillance, and incident management.
