Job Description
We are seeking a **Maintenance Supervisor / Workshop Supervisor** to lead operational teams, oversee maintenance activities, and ensure quality, organization, and efficiency of operations.
The professional will supervise operations across regional branches in the interior of São Paulo, working directly with mechanical technicians and technical assistants.
Key Responsibilities
* Directly supervise mechanical technicians and assistants;
* Manage the operational team (scheduling, working hours, and attendance);
* Ensure proper use of uniforms and PPE according to safety regulations;
* Monitor workplace organization and cleanliness;
* Control inventory of materials and tools;
* Ensure completion of operational checklists;
* Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule;
* Monitor operational costs and optimize resources;
* Maintain effective communication with internal teams and clients;
* Resolve operational problems;
* Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes;
* Exercise active leadership focused on productivity and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Technical course in Mechanics;
* Experience in workshop or fleet maintenance environments;
* Experience leading technical teams;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
* Knowledge of occupational safety standards;
* Driver's License Category **B (mandatory)**;
* Availability for frequent travel.
