Main responsibilities: * Perform production analyses according to work instructions, including sample collection, to ensure compliance with Ajinomoto and legal standards. * Operate and monitor the production process using the supervisory control system. * Calibrate measurement equipment prior to use in analyses, when required. * Maintain stability of the secondary process (Supplies, Utilities, and BDN) by operating the Delta-V supervisory control system, ensuring operational conditions for such equipment remain within specified parameters, and immediately reporting any abnormal events outside routine operations to the immediate supervisor; * Unload materials used in the department, adhering to safety instructions and implementing preventive actions to avoid issues; * And other related duties. 251127020240550938
