We are looking for a Construction Supervisor focused on field supervision, ensuring that the project and schedule are completed with quality and safety, to work on the finalization of a development in Jaú/SP. Requirements:* Elementary school education or higher. * Proven experience in the role of Construction Supervisor. * Preferably residing in Jaú/SP or nearby cities. Job Responsibilities * Responsible for timekeeping and team monitoring, striving to meet construction schedules and specific project requirements; * Request purchases or service contracts from the Analyst as needed; * Report field activities to the Site Office and Foreman for awareness; * Read and execute project plans (formwork, reinforcement, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and scales; * Monitor construction progress according to the company's macro schedule and work instructions (ITs); * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and equipment standards on site; * Authorize, supervise, and verify all subcontractors to ensure diligent and accurate execution of work; * Control daily cleaning of the site and office, checking for waste and residues; * Propose solutions together with the foreman to address unexpected issues during routine operations; Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Benefits Remuneration: negotiable Meal or food allowance: R$ 485.00 \+ Transportation allowance
