Job Responsibilities: Assist in scheduling maintenance, repairs, and service appointments; Assist with appointment confirmations, rescheduling, or cancellations; Conduct follow-up after service or sale; Handle inbound calls to clarify inquiries and schedule services; And other routine tasks within the department.
