Now you can also become part of this team! **Position:** Store Manager – Bauru, SP **Responsibilities:** Manage store routines, being accountable for operational results; Monitor inventory, cash handling, and sales processes; Oversee post-sales processes; Perform routine analysis of key performance indicators and develop action plans to achieve monthly targets; Plan and propose improvements to internal processes and team performance; Lead team management focused on achieving goals; Be responsible for managerial processes related to promotions, hiring, and dismissals. Conduct training sessions to develop and improve team capabilities. Ensure visual standardization across stores (merchandising and layout). **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields (preferred); Previous experience in a management role overseeing approximately 20 employees; Experience in Fashion, Apparel, or Footwear retail preferred; Experience in online sales (a plus); **Knowledge of financial products:** credit cards, insurance, interest rates (a plus). Experience in recruitment and selection; Ability to manage conflicts; Preferred behavioral skills include good communication, strategic thinking, motivation, and engagement.
