We are O Boticário \- Grupo Ervas Finas Franchises, a reference in Beauty and Personal Care, seeking a Data Analyst to elevate our commercial intelligence and store performance. * Build, maintain, and evolve managerial and operational dashboards. * Analyze sales results, campaign performance, and key performance indicators. * Generate actionable insights for operations, marketing, and executive teams. * Develop models and routines to monitor goals and KPIs. * Structure databases and ensure data quality and consistency. * Present analyses and recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders pursuing results, Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst / Data Analyst. * Advanced Excel proficiency for analysis, dashboards, and automation. * Hands-on experience creating and interpreting dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Data Studio, or similar tools). * Solid experience analyzing business results, KPIs, and performance metrics. * Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights. * Availability to work 100% on-site. * CLT employment contract. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in retail, franchising, or the Beauty and Personal Care sector. * Knowledge of data manipulation tools. * Prior collaboration with commercial, marketing, or CRM teams. * Proactive profile with business acumen and results orientation.
