Monitors processes, managing strategies that convert each individual’s competencies into competitive advantages, delivering positive results. Prepares reports and implements improvements to optimize processes. Supplier and contract management: overseeing all suppliers per contract, releasing work fronts, approving supplier measurement reports. Cost, quality, and deadline control per contract, aiming to achieve the company’s targeted gross return margins. Management of quality, health, safety, and environment within the contractual scope, ensuring compliance with legislation and company values. Management of operational teams dedicated to each contract, ensuring fulfillment of contractual scope. Stakeholder management related to contractual scope.
