Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Manager with proven experience in managing vertical residential construction projects and leading teams for complex projects. Key Highlights: 1. Planning, budgeting, and investment analysis We are hiring a Construction Manager to work with one of our clients across Limeira, Paulínia, and cities in the Campinas metropolitan area. If you have proven experience in managing vertical residential construction projects and leading teams, this opportunity is for you! Main Responsibilities: * Complex Projects: Managing highly complex construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. * Leadership: Leading and developing teams. * Planning: Budgeting, planning, and investment analysis. * Technical: Quantity surveying, management reporting, and compliance with technical standards. Requirements: ✅ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (active CREA registration). ✅ Prior experience as a Construction Manager for vertical residential projects. ✅ Experience in people management. ✅ Availability to work in the region (Limeira, Paulínia). Desirable: ➕ Specialization in people/project management. ➕ Knowledge of BIM methodology. Benefits: Contract Type: PJ Compensation: 13 invoices + 30 days of paid leave.
